It's hard to say. You could consider mental and physical to be opposites, as the mind and body, but emotionality... that would be apathy, wouldn't it? I don't see how that fits. And I haven't met anyone who has become less emotional as a result of their suit. Then again, I'm less familiar with Spades. Have you known any well enough that you could report on their behavior?
If we're strictly sticking with the theme of what can be influenced about a person, the only missing area I can imagine would be spirituality. Mind, body, heart, soul.
