I don't know how they would react to you. You're obviously not a shinobi — your energy is different. Anyone I introduce you to would be able to tell immediately, and then they'd have questions. You might be able to pass as a civilian for a little while. You must be practiced at visiting worlds.

If there's someone I would take you to meet, it would be Sakura, my former teammate. She was with me in the previous dimension I visited, so if she remembers then she'll understand. Otherwise there is Kakashi, my former sensei. When I last left he was the village leader — Hokage. I trust him.
